Asset transfer setting can now be saved in Company Settings

Fixes:

• Resolved an issue where the Accept Asset Transfers option in Company Settings could not be saved. This bug was preventing company mergers from being completed. You can now enable or disable asset transfers correctly, and mergers will proceed as expected.
